In collaboration with Scott Witcoff and GeJiang
Team's task was to find opportunities to improve the Bay area's urban train service.
Our team decided to focus the project on people that use the service for the first time; or current customers going to a new destination.
After completing user research and analyzing the information, our team created a concept to reduce the anxiety asociated with navigating the system.
Customized video journeys are created based on the selected itinerary thus allowing users to visualize their journey ahead of time
